The Data & AI Function is the cornerstone of iD Mobile's analytical capabilities, providing the organisational structure and expertise needed to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence and AI-powered insights.

New Organisational Structure

The updated Data & AI Function structure reflects the new organisational hierarchy with revised role titles and reporting relationships. Report Developer is now an FTE role; the Senior Analytics Engineer (G4) manages the 2x Report Developers and carries Analytics Engineer responsibilities. The Senior Tech Product Manager is responsible for the two Infosys roles (Azure Data Engineer x2). The Senior Tech Product Manager (AI) owns the AI/ML product roadmap and line-manages the Data/Dev Ops role and the AI Graduate.

Head of Data and AI (G6)
Strategic leadership role responsible for the overall direction, performance, and success of the Data & AI Function, reporting directly to senior management.
  • Define and execute the data and AI strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management
  • Oversee team performance, development, and resource allocation
  • Ensure data governance and compliance standards are met

Senior Tech Product Manager (AI) (G5)
Senior role that owns the AI and ML product portfolio: machine learning models and AI solutions are treated as products with a roadmap, backlog, and clear ownership. Responsible for leading AI initiatives, solution architecture, and line management of Data/Dev Ops and the AI Graduate.
  • Own and maintain the AI/ML product roadmap and backlog

Senior Analytics Engineer (G4)
Technical role reporting to Head of Data and AI (iD Mobile), with line management of the 2x Report Developers. Carries the same analytics engineering responsibilities as the Analytics Engineer role: data transformation, modelling, and preparing data for analysis, whilst leading and developing the report development team.
